No terms drafted. Here is how to read the figures.

Terms of use are a legal instrument and none has been written for this company. A fabricated liability clause is worse than an absent one, because someone might rely on it. So this sheet does not pretend to be a contract. It documents the thing a reader actually needs in order to judge what is published here: what the status and confidence stamps on every plate mean, and which figures are deliberately blank.

Reading the sheets

A blank on these sheets is a decision, not a gap.

Status
Live means operating today. In development means being built and not yet producing. Future means intended and is never written in the present tense. Alfalfa, wheat, wheat straw and azolla are live; date palm is in development.
Confidence
Confirmed means a primary source says so. To confirm means the figure is published but nobody has yet verified it, and it carries a visible flag wherever it appears — the surveyed area is the main one.
Drawn from
Each plate names its source in the title block: the surveyed KML, the company’s own accounting export, or the payroll. A figure with no source does not go on a sheet.
Withheld
Some figures are known internally and still not published, because the sources disagree and the conflict is unresolved. The well count, the pivot count, the solar-to-generator split, livestock headcounts and every aquifer depth are all withheld on those grounds. A blank here is a real blank, not an oversight.
Refuted
A claim the previous site made that no source supports is removed rather than quietly downgraded, and where it was load-bearing the correction is drawn on the sheet — see the revision note on the power plate.
Corrections
Everything published here is open to being checked against the record it came from. If a figure on this site is wrong, write to moe@blackfarms.co and it will be corrected on the sheet with the revision visible.

These conventions are set in docs/CONTENT_TRUTH.md, which governs what this site is allowed to publish. They change only when that file does.
