The survey
Drawn from blackfarms.kml · مشروع 8000 فدان (CAD import)as of Rev 1The boundary is a surveyed polygon, not an estimate.
Eight corners, handed over and recorded. The plan below plots those coordinates and nothing else — no traced outline over a satellite tile, no rounded rectangle standing in for a survey.

Dimensions
Drawn from blackfarms.kmlas of Rev 1Six and a quarter kilometres across, seven and three-quarters down.
Everything in this table is read off the survey geometry rather than typed in: the corner count, the road count and the envelope are all measured from the same polygon that draws the plan on the previous sheet.

Awaiting confirmation — the unit
The enclosed area is not in doubt; the customary unit is. The polygon measures 3,378 hectares, which is a measurement — but expressed in customary units that is either 8,041 feddan or 8,347 acres, and the company's own records use both conventions in different places. The CAD file carries فدان in its name and the Arabic books use الفدان throughout, so feddan is what appears here — carrying a revision mark until the owner confirms it.
Not in this survey
The file carries the legal boundary, the internal roads, a facility footprint and a terrain layer. It carries no well geometry and no pivot geometry — those layers exist in the project and were never populated — so nothing of either is drawn on this sheet, and neither is counted. Water and power are recorded elsewhere and publish on their own sheets.
Exhibit III

The corners
Drawn from Tasleem (Points 1–8) · blackfarms.kmlas of Rev 1The polygon closes on 8 recorded corners.
تسليم — tasleem, handover. Each point below is a corner of the legal boundary as it was surveyed and handed over, in WGS84. These eight coordinates are what the plan on sheet L-01 is drawn from.

The road grid
Drawn from blackfarms.kmlas of Rev 1The grid was cut before anything was planted.
The survey records 37 internal road segments, georeferenced, running the length and breadth of the parcel on a regular spacing. They are drawn in earth — the annotation colour — because a road is how the drawing is read, not what it is about.
This sheet widens the frame to include the access road, which leaves the western boundary and runs roughly six kilometres west. That is why the parcel sits east of centre here and fills the frame on sheet L-01: same geometry, different extent.
