No policy yet. Here is exactly what runs.

A privacy policy is a legal document and none has been drafted for this company. Rather than publish borrowed clauses about retention periods and lawful basis that nobody here has read, this sheet publishes the only part that can be verified today: the list of things this website loads, sets and stores. You can check every line of it by viewing the source of this page.

The formal policy — lawful basis, retention, processors, and how to make a data-subject request — is with counsel and is not on file. It ships when it is written, and the sheet revision moves with it. Until then, write to moe@blackfarms.co and ask. Any request to delete what the analytics above hold about you goes to the same address.

What this site loads

Google Analytics
GA4, measurement ID G-CEXDG31RFY, loaded in the document head of every page including this one. It records page views and the usual device, approximate-location and referrer signals. It is not consent-gated on this site today.
Vercel Analytics
Loaded at the end of every page. It counts page views and web-vitals timings. Vercel states it sets no cookie and builds no cross-site profile.
The enquiry form
No mailbox and no database row. A submission is written to the server log and goes no further — the form says so before you type, on the contact sheet.
Cookies
None set by the public plates. The gated operator area — the login, the ledger admin and the investor room — sets a Supabase session cookie once you sign in, which is what keeps you signed in and nothing else.
Sold or shared
Nothing. There is no advertising pixel, no CRM, no data broker and no marketing list on this site.
